Mike, a retired engineer, and Charlene, a homemaker, are from a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Both have been enthusiastically involved in BSF for years. As of 2007, Charlene has been involved for 26 years (the last 19 as a class administrator) and Mike for 15 years (the last 5 as teaching leader). "We considered it a privilege to serve God as FRAs in Bangkok." The Wellings have accepted a reassignment to New Delhi, India, to assist in starting additional classes.
