Mike, a retired engineer, and Charlene, a homemaker, are from a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Both have been enthusiastically involved in BSF for years. Charlene has been in BSF almost thirty years. She served nineteen as a class administrator. Mike has been in BSF almost twenty years. He was a teaching leader for five. They were in Bangkok three years. The Wellings are in India to assist in starting additional classes in New Delhi.
