Happy New Year!

"Who do you say that I AM?" Jesus' question is the most important question in the world for all times and for all peoples. The book of Hebrews declares clearly and resoundingly that Jesus is God, the Heir of all things, the Radiance of God's Glory, the Exact Representation of His Being, the Sustainer of the universe and our Great High Priest who meets our needs. Knowing Him is transforming lives.

One of our BSF Aims is to have men relate the truths of the Bible to their daily lives. One of the men shared that while he was being persecuted by his business partners, he did not retaliate but entrusted himself to the One who is able to save and sustain him. By fixing his eyes only on Jesus and not on his circumstances, he was able to see God's Glory when he was finally vindicated. As a result of the study this year, another man now counts knowing God and suffering disgrace for Christ of greater value than all the treasures of the world. Another shared how the lesson regarding not giving up meeting with one another encouraged him to be loyal to his church during a time when he was experiencing personal difficulties and disagreements at his church. One man also confessed that he highly values the discipline of spending time daily in God's Word. It is especially valuable when he has to travel out of town or stay away from BSF because of a prolonged work assignment. A young class member tells of how he has been inspired by all the equipping and studying at BSF to be more active in his service for God at church and at work.

These men are displaying the fruit of their faith in the Living God. They are motivated by a love for the Savior and for the lost. Please continue to pray for the class that men will continue to persevere in the study and finish well. Please pray that the Lord will provide us with additional leaders, especially in the school program so that we can serve more children and reach the next generation for Him. Please pray for spiritual growth and numerical growth so that we can be God's chosen instrument bringing individuals into a living personal relationship with the Living Lord Jesus. Please pray for protection of this ministry and for continuing fruitful relationships with all authorities so that the whole earth will be filled with a knowledge of Jesus.

Thank you for your support of this ministry through the International Fund. Thank you for your prayer and your devotion to God as you witness for Him. Thank you for loving the people of China.

May God keep you strong to the end so that you may be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus. God who called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord is faithful and will not delay.
