Men’s Division Coordinator


BSF is looking for a full-time individual with strong ministry and project management skills to administer and manage projects/programs in direct support of the director of men. This person will co-labor with the director of men and be responsible for project administration, project management, program development, roll-out, coordination, reporting functions and communication efforts to support the Men’s Division. 


  • Experience in program, project or product management, training, implementation, including development, coordination, reporting, analysis, assuring deadlines and budgets are met, and the ability to juggle multiple projects is preferred. 
  • Performs duties under minimal supervision and supervises all aspects of project management and program development in the Men’s Division
  • Supports the director, encouraging collaboration, excellence and engagement while inspiring and motivating others to accomplish strategic goals and produce desired results
  • Demonstrates excellent personal skills building, maintaining and developing friendly, trustworthy and open internal and external relationships and networks with people important in achieving strategic goals
  • Leads and directs cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources
  • Excellent business skills required in planning, management, budgeting and analysis
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and critical-thinking skills, as well as an ability to balance the work and relationships integral to this project
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking and interpersonal skills to engage the best people to accomplish assigned projects/programs
  • Supports the director and assists with non-project manager work in direct support of the men’s ministry

To perform this job successfully, an individual must:

  • Possess a BA in management, business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous project management experience is desired but not required
  • Possess project management professional certification preferred but not required
  • Ministry minded
  • Experience strategic in approach: understands and addresses interdependencies and real issues
  • Experience with clear defining of requirements (tested by real customer requirements) and timetables
  • Experience managing to deliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs
  • Experience managing troubled teams/projects and bringing them to success
  • Experience with administrative and professional writing/reporting skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in all Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • BSF class leadership position or BSF class participation highly preferred but not required
