    Thanks, these are great suggestions. I'm an extravert who has been in BSF for years. Most of those years were spent as a Children's leader. Our group was the leaders meeting, where everyone was a mature believer, and observed the BSF guidelines. But in a regular group , I need to set a good example, practice grace and pray for individuals who may be shy or talk too much. I want to be a better listener than a talker!
