Leslie Rance Leslie Rance is married to Dudu, and they have two amazing, God-fearing adult sons. Most mornings begin with a 45-minute prayerful walk around their local golf course, and they are part of a church community in Glasgow, Scotland, where Leslie is actively involved. A former corporate executive, he now serves as a non-executive director on various boards and works as an executive coach and strategy consultant. Leslie and his wife Dudu both serve as BSF leaders.
